INFINITY Telecom N.V. was founded in March 1993.  INFINITY N.V. was founded on December 1, 1992, as intermediary to two insurance companies with a staffing of two. In March 1993, INFINITY N.V. obtained an import license and in view of the interest of the Company for telecommunications development worldwide, it was decided to import telecommunication apparatus, more specifically cellular phones.

Therefore, INFINITY Telecom N.V./YTELCO N.V. was established. Due to the very modern vision of the management we were able to be completely involved in the telecommunication business in Suriname, side by side with Suriname’s national telecommunication company, Telesur.

INFINITY Telecom N.V. was the first to introduce the cellular mobile phone on the Surinamese market; right after Telesur introduced the cellular network.

The core business of INFINITY Telecom N.V. is installing telecommunication equipment and telephone networks, and supplying the market with cellular phones, accessories and radio communication equipment
In 2000, INFINITY N.V. expanded its wings to Nieuw Nickerie, Suriname’s second largest city.
This gave INFINITY Telecom N.V. the opportunity to expand its market. The company is currently the only provider of PBX systems in Nickerie besides Telesur.

The perfect solution

“Vehicle Tracking” is the perfect solution to monitor and manage your vehicles activities anytime and remotely. All you need to do is equip your vehicle with a very small communication and GPS unit which is provided and installed by us. Besides the fact that you can monitor your vehicle from any web-enabled device we also offer a 24/7 monitoring service.

The GPS system consists of one module equipped with a GPS-receiver for positioning and a modem for mobile communication via GSM. The system registers all relevant information. We are able to pinpoint the exact location of your vehicle and the user can call for assistance with the simple press of a button (an emergency button located on the GPS unit). The user will be assisted by our Monitoring Room personnel who will also be able to see the geographical position on their screen. Our Monitoring Room can assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week with any emergency.
