ADVANCED GPS TECHNOLOGY:  Employing our *patented technology, C3 has developed the Chapman
“MAGIC BOX”, a unique combination Portable/Vehicular GPS device that provides solutions for almost any universal Location Based application. When installed in a vehicle using the optional ODBII cable, it can be wired in minutes to provide a constantly charged battery unit that can support an output function such as Engine Disable. Should someone disconnect the device from the ODBII port, an alarm message is transmitted notifying personnel, but the device keeps tracking.

When used in covert installations such as in a locked glove box, it can still provide accurate location information due to its hyper sensitive microprocessors and highly optimized internal antenna design. The “Magic Box” also has a built in cellular phone to permit the user to make emergency (SOS) calls as well as 2 other numbers that are pre-programmed in memory and easily accessed by touch buttons. In areas of personnel security concerns, the device can be programmed to either mute or delay the speaker from activating so that the landside voice will not be heard on the device side to avoid detection. The device has a magnetized back cover to allow for under car covert tracking operations.

The “Magic Box” can be used as an inventory control tool for example, in car lots, allowing precise locating of a specific car in minutes.  The Info button can be used for timed and verified events, such as pick up or delivery or “mark this location now” activity.

  • Cellular Quality Voice calls – Pressing any of the 3 call buttons as well as the SOS emergency call button initiate cellular phone calls to pre-programmed telephone numbers. For example the SOS calls can be sent to an emergency dispatch, central station alarm monitoring or Response center.

  • SOS Emergency Button - The SOS button also initiates a call which can be directed to an emergency call center or an assistance dispatch center. The emergency location also displays the alarm on the map, at the current location, automatically sends text alerts to (3) pre-programmed Cell Phones and additionally sends an alarm notice to 3 e-mail addresses.



 

 

 

 








  • Speeding Alarms - Fleet administrators can program the maximum speed at which a vehicle can safely drive without activating a speeding alarm. Should the device exceed this limit an alarm will be displayed on the map. Alarm notifications can also be viewed any time using the reports function.

  • Geo-Fence Alarm - Up to 4 user-defined geographic areas, or Geo-Fence boundaries, can be programmed through any computer. The Geo-Fence Alarm notifies (3) pre-programmed Cell Phones and E-mail Addresses when the device enters or leaves one of the designated Geo-Fences.

  • Anti-Theft Alarm – A pre determined Geo-Fence perimeter around the device can be created with the programmed Button on the and triggers Text Message Notification to all pre-programmed Cell Phones, and all pre-programmed E-mail addresses if the Device is moved beyond the Geo-Fence.
    Low Battery Alarm

  • SMS & E-mail Notification – System can be set-up to automatically send Alarm and Alert notifications by SMS Text Message, e-mail, or both odometer Mileage Information – using our virtual odometer feature you can track the amount of miles driven at any time.

  • Low Battery Alarm – Low Battery Alarm notifies the dispatcher and the system automatically sends a Text Message to the (3) pre-programmed Cell Phones, and e-mail addresses.
